I-129F petition requires signed and dated "letter of intent to marry" from petitioner and beneficiary...not a big deal if your interested in a long delay with your petition due to the RFE you will receive.

What was the outcome? I read somewhere that a letter of intent to marry isnt a big deal.

It is a big deal! He will not be denied but he will get an RFE and will have to send 2 original letter of intent to marry one for him and another one for his fiancée. Please when some one doesn't know the answer let the ppl in the forum with more experience reply, this will avoid ALOT of missinformation to be going around and have more ppl confused!!
