i actually emailed the Ankara embassy and asked why they arent accepting new forms and they said there is no such thing as not accepting, they dont have the authority to say send or dont send new ones, so I dont know what the heck is going on. Im about to call dep of state again and find out where my packet is and tell'em what Ankara said and see what they say now.

Just called NVC direct right now and they said they sent out our packet yesterday, woohoooooo!! I dont know if it was true about Ankara not receiving anything new and if my followups pay attention to my packet in particular or it was false and NVC was just taking its time sending stuff but I hope everyone who is waiting for whatever step gets great news very soon.
