Posting a link of blue and red voting counties followed by a post comparing crime rates in blue and red counties followed by a post (in jest duh) to someone else to keep their gat handy when travelling through counties with high crime rates doesn't exactly fall under the definition of "Planning a Hate Crime"

This whole conversation reminds me of a story. I lived in a parking garage. I went in this one younger guy that was always the first one to jump up. He always turned on.
