WHATS NEXT ???

Hey everyone! OK so last year my husband was approved in the usa for his AOS, employeement we were approved at our interview and he received his permanent residency card..the interview officer said to wait 2 years and file for something, that we wouldnt be notified and we had to do it on our own on a certain date we could file for it..anyone know what this is that hes talking about??? i forgot :/ thanks!

The immigration officer was speaking about Removal of Conditions (ROC) process, it is described in the link to appropriate topic VJ Guide.

Take a look at the "USCIS ROC Date Calculator" at the bottom of our signature block to help you determine the 2-year eligibility date to start the ROC process. The eligibility window opens 90 days preceding the expiration date on the conditional GC (i.e., 21 months). USCIS will NOT send any reminder notice.
