Hello,

Me and my wife had a baby late last year. I am the USA citizen and filing i-751 for her. I wanted to confirm what i put under section 5 where it asks for children and then "If in USA give address and immigration status". The problem is that the space given is not enough to put in this info.

Since our daughter was born in USA i figure i would put in usa citizen...is this correct? And for address do I need to include the complete address?

Please advise, THANKS!!

you can put the information on a separate piece of paper. on top of the extra sheet of paper, make sure you put your wife's name, #A number, column number, also part number. at the bottom of the sheet of paper, both of you can sign your name. good luck.

You will be attaching a copy of this child's Birth Certificate, as one of the evidence, which is suffcient.

Part 5 is for the children (who came through CR2) that need their condition removed (if entered US within 90 days of the immigrant spouse). By entering your child born here, you will confuse USCIS, who will issue you with a RFE asking for biometric fee for this child.
