HI VJ Family, i have read so much on this forum and so far the information i have gathered is so helpful. I have one question to ask. The notice of evidence is asking for two things, 1-statement of intent and 2- Evidence of meeting each other.I have the statement of intent down and waiting for my fiance to send me her signed copy. The concern i am facing is with the evidence of meeting each other within the last two years. I have many pictures of the two of us when we met twice within that 2 year period with dates and place written in the back of them, i have copies of the pages of my passport stamps showing the entry and exit stamps, i have emails of letters or notes for on going communications since we met, i have affidavit of family and friends attesting to awareness of our genuine relationship, but i don't have the e-tickets or receipt i used to travel to see her anymore because i deleted them out of email. Airline is reluctant in giving me that info since it dated back in 2010. My issues is can i still send the other info to satisfy the RFE?

If this is the evidence you have it should be fine; however, you then say the airline does not want to send you your ticket info because it is from 2010? That is more than 2 years ago...Do you have any trips that you have made there or that they have made here or even any trips you may have gone on mutually within the past 2 years (from March 2011-now?). What you need is to present evidence that you have met within this time frame.

Yes, i have other evidence but the NFE specified August 2010 to August 2012. I recently went to visit in January 2013 but that is outside the scope. I have sent in a request to United Airlines for another trip that took place in Jan 2012(paid $20)so hopefully they are able to pull from backups. I hope the tickets for that can serve the purpose. The pictures i included were from First trip in the December 2010 and second trip January 2012.
