Hi everyone. Last docs we needed to get sent to NVC were the police records, mine came in English, my husband's in Norwegian. I just wonder since our embassy/interview will be in Sweden if we should pay to get them translated (such similar languages...) or if we can translate it ourselves to English or if they will accept them in Norwegian anyway. Thanks for any help!!

Our checklist from Stockholm asked for translations for everything not in English, but you'd think it was close enough, right? We requested the Danish police records and all the documents in English, though. :unsure:

You can translate any document you may need by simply using the format below.

Thank you, we'll give that a shot. I spoke to NVC yesterday and they said we HAD to have a certified translation but hopefully either since they're close languages or because we include that there won't be an issue... Ugh! Thank you though!
