My fiancé emailed the congressman's office and after few days they asked our k1 info. Then we received our NOA2 soon after.

Bradix, how did you ask your congressman? Did it work? How long did it take for her/him to get back to you? I read someone else asked their Senator?

Any help is appreciated!

I can not believe all the people here that are complaining about waiting six months or less, really. You have no idea what the definition of waiting is especially when i am nearing the 400 day mark with no NOA2. Everyone needs to take a deep breath and wait their turn and realize that you will not get approved overnight.

According to someone on here that got a letter from their congressman today CSC is running at 9 months, so I'd expect another 6 to 12 months of waiting minimum.

Like everyone said hang in there. And maybe you could ask your fiancé to seek help to his congressman like what my fiancé did after our 5th month of waiting.

Filed I-130, Waited 7 months in total for the NOA2..I called USCIS, requested service request, then I got an update after a week.

Oh I also think there is some serious glitch in someones timetable updating because allegedly 3 people got approved from CSC today, that can't be right!?

I am so happy to know that there's a lot of approvals today. It's good news, no approvals at all will make everyone go nuts! At least now we know CSC is moving
