Hello VJ Members:

My husband's interview has been scheduled for April 17, 2013 at the Mumbai Consulate. Our case was completed a week and a half ago (9 business days) and we received the email just a few hours ago. I hope everyone else waiting for an April interview gets it soon :). Thank you all for everything. I'll keep all of you guys posted on how my husband's interview goes.

4.28.07 - Married in Jalisco Mexico - Cozumel Honeymoon for 2 weeks

5.24.07 - I-130 Received in CSC

7.14.07 - Received NOA1 (WOW after 6 weeks, I was worried...called INS and told me CSC had a computer "glitch" causing delays on printing Receipt notices and approvals)

10.30.07 - APPROVED No email, the NOA2 came in the mail...hard copy.

7.23.07 - I-129F received in Chicago

7.30.07 - Received NOA1

11.21.07 - APPROVED!!!! APPROVED. GOT AN E-MAIL ON THANKSGIVING!

03.03.08- INTERVIEW IN CIUDAD JUAREZ. VISA GRANTED ON 03.03.2008

***AOS & EAD***

3.10.08 - Case Received at Chicago Lockbox, check cashed 3.14.08

3.17.08 - Received both NOA's in the mail

3.21.08 - Received Biometrics appointment letter in the mail, biometrics Appt. 4.02.08

5.05.08 - EAD Card Production ordered GOT EMAIL (we received the same email on 5.09.08)

5.13.08 - Approval Email for EAD (so the card was ordered first, and then we were approved...hum)

5.15.08 - EAD Card Received in mail.

8.08.08 - WE GOT OUR INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT YAY...9/12/08 - INTERVIEW APPROVED

9.24.08 - Received Green Card in the mail YEAH!

6.15.10 - Mailed I-751 Docs to CSC, check cashed 6.24.10

6.26.10 - Received NOA in mail dated 6.21.10

6.29.10 - Received Biometrics appointment for 7.15.10

My interview date on 4 th April ..

US consulate :Bombay.
29th January 2012:marriage
9th April 2012: i130 sent.
17th April 2012: NOA1 received...
13th December 2012:NOA2 received......
08th January 2013: Case number assigned by NVC
08th January 2013: paid AOS and IV bills.
28th January 2013: Sent AOS and IV packages to NVC..
20th February 2013: NVC sent checklist about our PCC ....
25th February 2013: We responded to checklist.
26th February 2013:Case completed....
4rth April 2013: Interview date...
Interview result: Approved

06th June 2013 : Reached USA

29th june 2013: Received conditional greencard...

14th March 2015: I-751 package sent to VSC.

18th March 2015: USPS delivered my package.

22 nd September: Approved for Permanent Residence Card.

25th July: NOA1 for N-400.

03-09-13: Emailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's email address.
03-13-13: AOS Fee showed as PAID & sent AOS package certified mail.

Congratulations :). I called NVC today and they scheduled mine today as well for April 3rd. :)

Congratulations, I got lucky and got an interview too.Have u looked into passport pick up options, am confused cos some ppl seem to have no problem to p/u by 5pm from VFS office in MumbaI after successful interview and others are told 10 days??

Awesome news from all of you :) Glad to see all of us get April interviews.

RR136: Thank you and congrats to you as well =). I've actually been trying to read upon about the passport pick up options. I hope we have the option to pick it up from VFS. It wouldn't hurt to show up at VFS and ask I guess. Would anyone here know the answer to that?
