Hi i am LPR and i filed for my wife i130 on Jan 31st 2012 . Priority date is Feb 2nd 2012 . Unfortunately we both have medical issues and we did expedite our case and send USCIS medical certificates . USCIS received the letter on March 1st 2013 based on USPS tracking . How long we have to wait to get a response from USCIS ? Do they send email or letter regarding approval of expediting our case ? Or just approve i130 ?

Try to call USCIS, they can give you further information about your case as well as the waiting time.

from what I have read, it apears you will get some sort of feedback on the expedite request whether approved or not.The timeline is really unpredictable.

09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

today they send an email asking for the letter from the doctor . I have already send the letter . Per USPS it is already received no march 1 st 2013 . CAlled and spoke with Level 2 officers times 3 times . They dont have any answer . They were telling me to resubmit everything again .

Maybe try to email USCIS and tell them that you have already submitted the letter they are asking for. Or better yet, secure another letter fully signed by your attending physician together with evidences as proof to your present condition. Goodluck!

You cannot expedite the priority date waiting. You can expedite the processing, but there is really no point as you'll be waiting for the priority date to be current before interview anyways.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
