Dual citizenship, passports and GC

Hi all, I have dual citizenship and a US conditional green card (husband is a US citizen). One of my passports (the passport corresponding to the citizenship I view as my main citizenship) is valid for another couple of years, but the other one is going to expire in 14 days. I have not renewed it so far because it is a headache (I have to come in person, etc). They are also very slow and it may take months to obtain the new one. So there will be a gap during which I will not have a valid passport corresponding to one of my citizenships. Is that going to be an issue for maintaining my GC and removing conditions? I declared both citizenships when applying for permanent residency.

Many thanks!

No. My UK passport expired in 2010. I use my Aussie passport for immigration, they don't care about my UK one and never have.

Well I declared both citizenships when I applied for a GC, that's why I was worried. I don't want not having a valid passport to jeopardize my GC...

They don't monitor your passports. They don't care if you can't leave the country. Honestly, it doesn't really matter as long as you have valid ID to identify yourself.
