OMG! My husband called today and the agent said that we have to wait for 22 days since we are still on the timeframe. 5 minutes ago, he was checking flight status for his client. I was telling him that Baby sometimes there are couples that while they are skyping or talking to each other, after they hang up the phone and check the case status they are surprised that their petition has been approved. While he was checking his phone, he said, "baby, I got a text message saying the case has been updated." I answered,"baby are you kidding? and then I checked my phone for any email and then viooOOOola!!! I saw an email from USCIS..and i was trembleng while reading down...and then I saw this message, "On March 6, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Thank you dear God. Thank you for making us happy today. May all the others who are still waiting will receive good news. May You continue to bless us as we continue our visajourney.

09/15/2012: Got Married
09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

Get on a PC, find LingChe in the Wiki, read all, assimilate all. It's gonna be yer new Bible (with a new God) for the next 45 days. Must to train-up yer USCitizen Spouse on it, as well.
