My mom's appt in ciudad Juarez was aproved on Thursday 2/28/13... and they told her to track her package on usvisa-info.com BUT I keep getting a message that says, "There is no information on the DHL waybill number at this time" ... today is 3/5/13 and I still get the same message... am I doing something wrong? Or is this what everyone else gets? When will I see a different mesage? When will my mom's package be ready for pick-up? Has anybody gone through this? Please advise me, im so confused. The DHL location assigned was Lopez MATEOS in ciudad juarez.

Instead of DHL, I suggest that you call the DoS Hotline and inquire for casefile status.

You can learn of dates on most IV-related timeticks.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

well, on this one - it's post-appointment, not pre-appointment,

so

DoS Hotline Knows all status, albeit one-day behind.

Suggest the OP call into DoS Hotline, get a Human, and inquire for casefile status.

There are timeticks (status and date) that DoS Hotline can tell the caller.

If any problem with the visa application at the IV Unit, the DoS Hotline can mention that as well, but be certain to ask 'Is this Visa Application in AP or AR? ' as usually they not mention that, directly - one must ask, directly, instead.

Hello Charo,

I think you should be able to track your moms passport through the DHL site.

I think this will be the site for you. http://www.dhl.com.mx/en.html

Or try calling DHL and ask them what is the site address to track the passport.
