I bet the next VB will move at least 4 weeks. According to the monthly trend published by USCIS, the monthly capacity of consulates is around 20,000 cases. Since the major upstream is between Oct 10 2010 and Dec 10 2010 given about 60,000 cases, the next two months only have 36,000 petitions in total. So it makes perfect sense to expect a faster move.

Dec, Jan and Feb, let's keep our finger crossed and spirit up!

I am surprised too after looking at the processing times in USCIS website for VSC. I am just waiting for visa bill so that I can pay and send the documents to have the case complete. Just wishing that the VB moves faster that predicted.

I see a very high probability for 15Jan11 as they shouldn't have got that many applications in the month of Dec considering the Christmas and New Year's break. Let's hope for the best otherwise, we all know how unpredictable the NVC is.

F2A PD 9th Feb 2011

Case completed at NVC

Spouse has B2 visitor visa and successfully visited USA twice.
