Thanks Athena, so there is no other way than consult with immigration lawyer

No, a status change is only possible when the alien is in status. If has a visa that would allow it then you would not need a lawyer.

My husbnd is a green card holder. He submitted our case in feb 2011. He enter US in 2009 but was jobless in 2009 and 2010. He had file 2011 and 2012 tax. Well the immigration will asked abt 2010 tax. Is there be any prblm. Help plz

No. Also the 2011 taxes are not required. The most recent tax information is necessary

the total income of 30,000 has to be properly recorded/accepted in order for him to file from my view

HELLO, i just want to say that a girl from mexico just received her interview letter, her category is F2A and her PD is Dec 14, 2010

If this is true, then the dates may move significantly. Remember for April VB, Visas for F2a are available to Mexico for those with PD's before 12/01. And if you have noted the patter, all other areas of chargeability move more days than Mexico. So as it is, I can assume there is every possibility we could have a PD 01/15/11.

It means Monday we shall see many guys receive letters
