Form G-1145 if you want to be notified they got your application

NOA2 is an I797 showing approval (which you didn't get) so which notice do you mean here?

I-797 Notice of Action

I-129 Petition Approval Notice from USCIS website, email with approval and copy of letter sent to my husband stating that approved I-129F is being forwarded to the U.S Embassy in London

This is only good if it is original and sealed in an envelope by a civil surgeon in the US, so a photocopy ???

Photocopy Form I-693 Vaccination Documentation Worksheet

W2s are partnered with a tax return, so by themselves-No

W2’s from 2010, 2011 and 2012

2012 tax return+W2 is all you need of tax documents.

If you want to send two more years then

2011 tax return+W2

2010tax return+W2
