I just got the AOS in the mail today for the I-130, the letter about $70 and a barcode of some sort ...... He isnt here and I dont know when he will be here.

Should call them and tell them the I-129 is in limbo???

09 Feb '07-received denial of AOS--#######??!! MTR filed--Interview-01 Aug 07

27 Sept '07-I-765 [#2] filed--14 Nov '07 Biomerics for I-765 [#2]

Take it from me....GO TO THE AOS INTERVIEW DATE ANYWAY!!!!! EVEN IF YOU GET THE SNAIL MAIL NOTICE!!!

August 2009--Permanent Resident Card arrives!!!!

We are Finished with Immigration for 10 years!!!!

sorry, I just realized that your DF had his interview today for K-3. How did it go? If everything went ok--I wouldn't do anuything...

No. There were no I-864 forms. To be specific the letter says... AOS Fee Bill, he has a different case # from the I-129 & the I-13O, they started with WAC & MSC.... This one starts with CSB, it also says dont send those forms now coz that delay processing. Besides, they'll send them.

This is the killer part, it expires on 12-31-2006..... :( :(

He was issued a 221(g), I talked my congresspresons rep today and I faxed them a whole bunch of stuff. Casablanca is next well, email anyway!

I posted details about my husbands interview in another thread in ME/NA already.... :(

Ok--Sounds like it's the processing fee for the I-864.....What I did when Atif got his 221g being sent back to USCIS [it was for validity of relationship].....and I received this...was I was advised to go ahead and pay the bill---it's to continue the processing of the I-130.

Good Luck, and try to contact Chiquita or Kiya [of course I think Kiya is supposed to be in Morocco getting married this month]

Oh its ok. I was looking at your timeline and you were issued one for the same reasom we were today, even tho we had "all this evidence". I am truly hoping that it works out for my husband and I the same way, I was going to the congressmans office tomorrrow since I work in merrillville,.... we shall see, Incha Allah....

There is a little hope left, I am just hoping they dont send the petition back!
