If you should loose your Job during the waiting process from AOS1 to AOS2 are you able to just use a Cash Bond for affidavit of support or do you have to file some other form or basically find another job. K1 Visa

If it is substanstial to meet the income support level then you can use that asset. Also aren't you receiving unemployment insurance in the mean time?

I am in the same boat as you however I lost my job already . I am in Union arbitration and waiting for Government funding and you thought the USCIS was slow :( . I do have unemployment and hoping that will be good , but to be safe I am going to include a co sponsor . You might want to check on that too . You would both send in forms you and the sponsor .
