Ok here is my story.

I got my green card thru my first wife on april 2001. I got married to my first wife at 1998. 2004 we got divorced after things didn't work out.

I met Ezgi ( Mywife :D ) same year after i got the divorce papers. I went on a vacation. I became a USC July 2006 and got married to Ezgi August 2006. I sent the I -130 in and got the NoA 1 on September 21, 2006.

My questions are. Would they give me any problems since i was married to USC before?

Should i file I-129F for K-3 since lots of people are saying it is taking forever to process 130 Applications for Ir-1 / Cr-1 .

Thanks in advance for helping me..

It should make no difference that you were married before to a US citizen, they will treat you just like any other American Citizen. As for K-3 from what I have been seeing lately the CR-1 has not been taking much longer than the K-3, from a few weeks to a few months longer for the CR-1. The advantage of the CR-1 is not having to do AOS. AOS can take a short time to many months even years to process in parts of the country.

You may want to look at the compare page about the 2 options you have.
