Hello,

I am not sure if this would be a problem with I-130 processing; we were married on 02/27/2013 in my wife's country and i had to come back to US on 02/28/2013. Will this result in any red flag of some kind?

Thanks,

How many days total, have you seen your wife in person (before or after marriage). Just 2 days?

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

This is a good question, it could be an issue if only a few days total.

Little background: Our family arranges the marriage i.e. finding the girl or the boy but we both (girl and the boy) have a final saying.

Yes we met each other back in October 2012 but time was not favorable for getting married so I went back this February to get married.

I had to come back very soon because i had used up all my vacation hrs. during the last visit. We also met each other before marriage but the reality is as a husband and wife we were together for only two days.

She is with my parents taking care of each-other.
