Do the I130 pititioner need to submit passport photo ?

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

yes i meant the instructions and it seems it only asks for the beneficiary passport photo , i cant read any where where it asks for a photograph for the petitioner ?

after putting name and dob or case number on the back of the passport photo put the photo in a small plastic bag and paper clip to the G-325A, the petitioner and the beneficiary.
