Hello, I have a question ... If I'm living aboard ... no family in the US ... is there any way to prove income or domicile in the US? Thanks!

In your case, you might want to consider moving to the US sometime soon. Get yourself re-established, find a job, etc, and then continue on with the AOS process. Because, right now, you don't have any income that will continue after you move, and if you don't have any proof of US domicile, then you're not going to pass through NVC and the AOS step.

Domicile is easy because you only have to show intent. Something as simple as an affidavit will probably do. You have to have filed your taxes with the IRS for the last three years and if they don't show enough income you would need a cosponsor. It does not have to be a family member, a friend would do.
