G-325 A form for I-129 F form

Hello, I'm Shilpa, and I'm new around here. :) I'm filing for a K-1 Fiance(e) visa for my Aussie fiance who is currently living in London. We've already filled out the two G-325 A forms required for the petition. I just wanted to make sure of something: Do I have to sign my fiance's G-325 A form? He filled out his form and signed it himself. I haven't sent anything in yet, because I wanted to make sure of that one little detail. Someone answer soon, please!! :)

Hiya, welcome to VJ. You only sign your 325A and then send them both in with the petition and other paperwork required. Hope that helps :)

I believe he signs one and u sign one. i just went through this with my lawyer and she signed hers and I signed mine. any more questions just ask. No algae :D

Yes, You sign yours and your fiance must sign his. I also believe that if you have a lawyer, then they can (or could have since your fiance already signed his) actually sign for your fiance. But that is a question better answered by a decent lawyer (I say decent because there are a few out there not worth sh%#).
