I am so sorry to hear about your story may God make it easy for u both soon......BUT I have a question was your child born in uSA or is ur child a citizen.....if yes..........then you can also hire a Liaison for ur shild to petition for u to go to usa as I am assuming that is where ur wife is yes? If your wife in usa respond to this post and i will show u how to get to USA they may be able to deny u right to usa based upon Marriage BUT they can NOT deny u to get there with your child. Hope this helps u smile today :)

I also forgot to add that his wife can contact the local congressman (as I did the same for my husband) uscis has a certian amount of timely legally to answer petitions.....so if they fall behind that time frame the wife contacts the local congressman office (the usa state where he/she lives) and the congressmans office will personally call uscis and try and expidtie the application.
