Greetings Everyone.

I am a male European Citizen who came to the US on December 29th 2011.

I am filing papers now cause i got married to a US citizen.

I came using Visa Wayver (ESTA)

I dont have the ESTA with me i just have my passport so i took a photocopy of my passport page with the ESTA stamp.

I would like you to tell me what should i put to the following gaps.

FORM I-485.

1. Part 1 it says: C/O(in care of).

2. Part 1 says: I-94(if any)

3. Part 1 says: Current USCIS Status.

4. Part 1 says: Expires on (mm/dd/yyyy)

5. Part 3 says: Non immigrant Visa Number .

6. Part 3 says: Consulate when visa was issued.

7. Part 3 says: Date visa issued (mm/dd/yyy)

Thank you in advance.

Ps. this are my last questions so i really hope that after your answer i will file the papers and send them to the immigration.

**** Moving from DCF to AOS from Tourist visa forum. PLease post any further questions in that forum ( http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/130-adjustment-of-status-from-work-student-tourist-visas/ ) and do not spam your questions all over the place. ****

You are on the Visa Waiver Program. That means you do not have a visa. That means all the questions related to visas are going to be "none" for you.

AOS for my husband

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
