As of August 1, 2012, NBC stopped transferring cases to CSC. As of right now, your case will either be sent to your local field office where you will have an interview - you will get a letter with your interview date and time usually about a month or so after your biometrics is done OR.... it will stay at NBC to be processed without an interview in which case you will hear nothing for a very long time.

so, no interview letter a month or so after biometrics is probably a good thing, even if it's a longer wait? We had our biometrics appointment on April 23.

Yeah. I am starting to think that I'd rather have an interview and get my Green Card within the next one or two months, instead of being in for a looooong wait at the NBC. How long? Who knows, but their processing times are currently at 9-12 months, and I don't think the wait will get shorter if Immigration Reform does come.

Btw, I got my EAD yesterday. It is an EAD/AP combo card, even though my AP online status has not changed and is still at "Case Not Found". Time to start writing applications!

Oh I'm just dying here waiting for my fiance's EAD approval. I know, we waited forever for the k-1 to be approved and it seems like I have no more patience to wait now! Just want this to end.

yap same situation here..not sure what's going on with my hubby EAD. we want to get his EAD approval soon too,so that we could able to apply his state ID.

14/01/2013 - Got married to my USC Fiance
11/02/2013 - I-94 Expires
14/03/2013 - File AOS - Just over a month after I-94 expires
15/03/2013 - UPS Tracking - packet delivered
21/03/2013 - Email/txt recd at 2am in the morning for I-1145 receipt/acceptance
25/03/2013 - Received Hardcopy NOA 1/I-797C in the post - dated 20/03/2013
30/03/2013 - Received Biometrics appointment letter for 16/04/2013 - letter dated 26/03/2013
16/04/2013 - Biometrics/photo completed for me and K2 children - even fingerprinters for my son who will be 13yrs old on 26/04/2013..strange I thought no finger prints if under 14yrs old...

Hello March AOS fillers .

I applied for AOS on March 5th.

Had biometrics on April 1st.

Got EAD on may 10th.

Wondering why I didn`t get yet any update about the interview for AOS.

Are there applicants with the same AOS timeline which were scheduled or went for the interview by now?
