It took 2 days for them to mail me the card.

Thanks! Guess I'll have to be a little more patient with mine. I did get the welcome notice yesterday, so at least something nice in the mail!

You're few days away...

BTW I got mine today smile.png

Congrats!

Well, I got an update yesterday saying that USPS had picked up my card, along with a tracking number. Today I get another update saying USCIS has mailed my card, but my USPS tracking number has disappeared (I think normally those two updates are the other way round in sequence and they must have messed them up somehow). So now I have no way of tracking my card and just have to hope it'll be in the mail sometime this week headbonk.gif

hi Kobiams,

Thanks so much for the info. I did locate the other case # for the 485 and checked the status. I will continue in "the holding pattern" and await to hear some news. It's good to know that once the green card arrives, he can remove the restrictions from his social security card. Again, I appreciate your reply!!

Hi Galla,

We are both in the same situation, on the 12/04/2013 it will be 30 days since I put in a service request and I still havent heard anything back. Even though when I spoke with the Customer Service Operative, she did confirmed that they had passed my processing date by a few days...

I filed my AOS from K1 - on the 03/15/2013....
