Our AOS is at the NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER, does that mean OKC? Also, checking at the USCIS check your case page it shows only acceptance, nothing else since march 11, 2013.

Even if your case is at the National Benefits Center, the processing times of the local office (OKC) count for putting in Service Requests (don't ask me why - doesn't make sense to me - but that is their policy). It is rather normal that your case is still in Acceptance - they don't update their online system in a very reliable matter. My case actually was in "Case Not Found" status until it got approved.

Hello fellow OKC-filer! We have a similar timeline - filed in early March, got our EAD/AP in mid-May, and got the interview Waiver letter in early September. My Green Card just got approved two days ago, so maybe yours will follow soon.

I am not quite sure where you are getting the processing times from - OKC is currently working on March 2, 2013 applications, so you won't be able to put in a Service Request until your NOA date is beyond the current USCIS processing date. So calling right now does not make any sense. They would not do anything.

Good luck for a speedy approval!

Hi there,

Where can I find out about processing times if my office is Atlanta..but my file is at NBC...because I received interview waiver letter on 2nd August 2013... I filed AOS 15th March 2013. However I see recently others who filed after me are receiving approval..

Iam considering calling the CSC...

Here (hope it works): https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

Seems like Atlanta is working on April 9, 2013 files, so since your NOA date is before that, I would call and put in a Service Request.

Hi HK12,

Thank you for responding

I did call CSC this morning and I was told that they have passed my processing date, so you are correct if they are now working on April9, 2013.

She did put in a service request for me, so hopefully I will receive an approval real soon

You have a great day and thanks again for your help.

hi, I'm happy to have just found this thread....My husband had his biometrics appointment on Sept. 30, 2013 & received his Employment Authorization Card today (so happy!!) Uncertain as to when 485 will be processed & green card issued....Can't check on the immigration case status page as it keeps referring to his EAD and not to 485, Adjustment of Status. He'll go back to Social Security office to get the restriction removed from his Soc. Sec. card...But not sure whether he's now able to apply for a driver's license or not. Anyone have experience with this?? I'm so confused!! thanks for any insight you can offer...

You should have different case number to the 485 (you can find it on the NOA), if he got his EAD card he can go and get his SS number (with restrictions on it) and a driver licence.

He can remove the restrictions from his SS card only after getting his Green card.
