AOS forms sent March 3rd, NOA for all 3 on March 7th, and I had my bio-metrics on 4th April.

All my NOA's say that they have been received "at our office", but doesn't state which office that is. I originally sent them to the Chicago address. I just want to know so I can check up on the current processing times!

Hi guys, another March filer here. I am as far as having had my biometrics taken, but no other updates yet. I can't access my case status online, so I have to rely on physical mail. Yikes!

Good luck to all of us! :)

I think they refer to the National Benefits Center when they talk about "our office" in the NOA. My NOA says the same. The local offices won't come into play until you have your interview (if you have one).

Yeah, the EAD comes next when filed at the same time. We have just gotten a biometrics appointment for the 26th. We're going to try a walk-in on an earlier date though.

Great, thanks!

You may not have an interview for 7 months...could be longer. Some AOSes take a year or more to get approved. The next thing is to receive your biometrics appointment letter. Then, you will actually go to your local office for that long before an interview ever happens. That should be within weeks after your NOAs are received. Interviews don't happen for everyone. If it does, then it will be at your local office too. Whether you have one or not, you will be notified.

I find it odd that it seems to be 'pot luck' if you get an interview or not. I had my Biometrics 2 weeks ago now. Hoping for AP and EAD to come through in the next month!

I agree. I think I read on here somewhere that they possibly have to fulfill interview quotas, and that's why they randomly pick people for the interview.

I keep running to the mailbox every day to check whether USCIS has sent me anything in the mail (it feels like I'm back to K1 Visa times when I was waiting for the letter from the consulate ;)). I really hope the EAD, or any news really, will come soon!

So is there anyone else who cannot see their online case status? If so, how do you address the problem? Do you guys just wait for physical mail, or did you call USCIS? I tried to call, but when I pressed the number for "case status updates", some automatic voice just told me to check the case status online! (yeah... that doesn't work)

I noticed you walked in for your bio. Did they say anything to you for just walking in, in other words did you have to give them a reason for the walk in. Did they ask why you just didnt wait for the appointment.
