So lately because our case is in AP I have been calling the DOS multiple times a day inquiring about the status of the visa. I don't know if its just me but many times when I call I speak to a young lady who is very rude and has to say the least a very abrasive attitude  . I spoke with a very nice lady Tuesday morning and I was so refreshed by her caring demeanor alone that I had to express to her how much of a pleasure it was speaking with her. I briefly explained to her that the majority of the time I call I have spoken with this rude woman, and she told me if I spoke with her again to get her name and complain to a supervisor. I called this afternoon and who did I get? That damn girl with the worst attitude i've come across in a long time, finally having enough after she belittled me for asking a question on why our case says issued online but isn't actually ready I asked for her supervisor. I explained to the man I spoke with what has been happening every time I speak with her, and how frustrating it is to be in the situation im already in and having to call up there and speak to people who are a**holes. Long story short im sure he didn't care but at least I spoke up this time. I will be extremely overjoyed when this process is finally over, its taking a lot out of me

Why do they have to be ignorant. It makes the process hard.
