If My Husband ( The USC ) Is the only one sponsoring for me ( The Intending Immigrant ) and he is submitting his tax returns for 2011 and 2012 PLUS Letter of Employment & at least 6 months of the most recent paystubs from his current & previous jobs, can we fill out the I-864EZ? Or should we just stick to the original I-864 to keep it simple?

Also, For 2011 we are submitting a Transcript, but with 2012 ( we haven't filed them yet as My Husband owes this year ) we only have the Forms he recieved from his job to go get filed. Will this matter? Or does 2012 have to be filed in order to use it? Thanks!
