traveling on dual citzenship

Timeline

She is transfereing 3 years of credits from physical therapy to bsn and it will maybe cut it down to a year in a half maybe.

Maybe 2 years more and depending on the school. PT is still a good course though but of course i depends which you think is better for her to land a job. Recently though PTs of PH are moving out to US like my CI who was a registered PT and a registered nurse but got to the US using his PT license. Your choice though. :D I'm a nurse myself. :) Good luck with the career choice and dual citizenship ^_^

It'll be great if she will apply for dual citizenship. She can stay in the Philippines anytime she wants without paying any government taxes for overstaying, penalty, etc. :)
