k1 visa issued but no visa yet

so, i checked the DOS website and it said it has been issued. when i try to track the passport it says 'no information available for this passport and when i called DOS they said its still under AP. Is really my fiancee visa been issued or its this mistake or what? does anybody has this similar problem or does it take a several days for update? any help please!! thanks!
