Does anyone know what other forms of Nigerian Identification are available outside of the passport?

05/06/13: Medical Completed, Need to do Sputum Test

05/15/13: Sputum Test Done - Now the dreaded 8 week wait

06/13/13: Interview Date - Postponed pending results of Sputum Test

07/26/13: Received Medical Report - Negative Result for Sputum Test; sent request to get interview rescheduled
08/21/13: Interview scheduled - ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING

03/04/14: Applied for SSN - Not in SAVE

03/06/14: Green Card Production

03/14/14: Received Green Card via Priority Mail

I want to add my husband to my bank account and the bank is requesting a second form of identification due to the Patriot Act. They want a secondary form of government issued photo ID.

In that case, I doubt if they will take local drivers license or even national ID considering the potential for forgery. Maybe an international Driver's license. Most banks just insist on the passport.

I used a copy of my Wife's passport and an ID issued by a local government agency to sell medicine, like a personal pharmacy (it's Nigeria - lol). I also sent her a signature card that she sent back. Oh the bank also took a copy of a utility bill with both of our names on it.

Does anyone know what other forms of Nigerian Identification are available outside of the passport?

I was going to say drivers license but their drivers license don't have their picture on it,. and neither does their birth certificate but that might work. My husband used his work I. D. Good luck!
