Hi guys,

We got our NOA2 feb 11, and looking at others' timelines, our packet shouldve been received by ANKARA and we shouldve received our packet 3 by now, no?

I tried calling ANkara this morning, was on line for 7 minutes first at which it kept ringing with no answer, had to hang up and called back, was online for a good 15 minutes, they just kept playing music no answer again :( AND i was in the time frame they ask us to call them.

What should I do? just hang in there, or keep calling everyday? is there a website that I can track and see if theyve received it by my case number? Ive tried looking at some consular and embassy websites but couldnt find anything to track.

Any input is appreciated, hope everyone's processes are going as smooth and easy.

Consider contacting a visa specialist at the Department of State to find the status of your approved petition:

202-663-1225, press 1, then 0, for a live person.

Good luck.
