my boyfriend is from the middle east how can i bring him here to live with me ?

That's a really generic question. Apply for a K-1 visa if you're engaged. If you're getting married soon, apply for a CR-1 visa after the marriage. You'll have to be able to prove both a bona fide relationship and that you have the financial resources to support him. If you're not to that point in your relationship yet, he can try for a DL visa or a work-related one. Those can take years. Do some research yourself. That's what this site is here for.

Oh, and be prepared for some administrative processing. Most males from MENA countries have to go through it.

Unfortunately there is not a boyfriend visa. You will need either a fiance visa or a spouse visa. The guides on this site are very helpful explaining the differences.
