I have my J1 Trainee interview on Monday 11am and just wondered if anyone that's been through the process could give an idea of the best time to turn up ?

If I went in early could I sit inside and hopefully be one of the first called from the 11am interviews ?

I believe I'm as prepared as I can be but if anyone has any recent stories of their experience I'd love to read them :)

I had my irst J1 interview back in 2010, and had my second one in 2011. Just convince the Consul that you have good family ties in your country. The consul asked me this "what are you going to do after your training?" Tell them you'll come back to your country and apply what you have learned. Mostly likely J1 is always approve, Good luck and enjoy America, try to visit as many states as you can.
