Have anyone got this message when try to log in to account to check the case status in USCIS site? Do they have some problem in the system? I cant check since a month already and that makes me crazy.Can anyone help me with this if i make something wrong and thats why i cant see it,but i saw it few times before :-).Thank you!

yes.mine is EAC by VSC

All I can suggest is you copy the number from the original email you received and paste it in to the box on the website. I know that I had a problem and it was because I had accidentally copied a full stop. Other than that, all I can suggest is you call the help line number for USCIS

its ok when i check it like a case status,but i have a problem when i try to sign in to the account.Do you think that this can be because im checking it from my country?My fiance signed for case updates and im using the account to check it.

Then that could be the reason. Ask your fiance to check it and see what happens when they try.

Yes i guess he have to try see from his side :-) ,i just dont understand why it have to be like this when i did see it from here few times and there were no problem.
