I called NVC, they rec'd my case on Feb 19th, my case was approved on Feb 6th. I called them they said it takes 20 business days from Feb 19th, but they emailed me back the NVC case # sooner than the 20 business days. I emailed NVC at NVCInquiry@state.gov asking if they've rec'd my case from USCIS, give your uscis case #, petitioner's name and DOB, beneficiary's name and DOB in the email, ask them to email you back once the case's entered in the system and email you back the NVC case #.

We also just find out that our case # is assigned :dance:

However, the operator could not accept the email address for some reason. Plus, they've wrong email address of petitioner in the system. So we'll call back to fix that later today

Yay! Good news for me too! NVC got the case for parents Feb 26, And Got the case # TODAY Mar 11. The OP told me to call back a day or two so I can provide the email address. I should provide my email address first before paying AOS and DS3032 right? Thanks

Congrats on getting case #. You should ask them for IIN number, they'll be able to provide it same day. However, when you call NVC, ask for "Invoice Number", not "IIN".

You or your husband should first provide your and his email address to the NVC. Once NVC confirms that the case is updated with the email addresses, then you can send DS-3032. Sending DS-3032 too early sometimes results in rejection.

NVC confirmed my husbands email address and phone number, but did not asked anything about mine (beneficiary's).
