Hi everyone,

Congratulations to those who have their NOA2 and those who's done with the process.Best Wishes to all of you.I just have one question do 1-129 F petition expire? If so does one have to do it over again?Whats the normal processing time for a fiance visa?Does it sometimes takes a year or more for one to get an NOA2?

And yes were done with Service requests, lot times already.

Have a nice day everyone. :)

I don't think I-129Fs expire. It wouldn't be your fault anyway if your service center decides to take forever, so they shouldn't.

What does expire is your NOA2. Hopefully yours comes soon!

Good luck everyone!!

The clock starts ticking on your I-129F petition once the USCIS approves it. After USCIS approval, your I-129F petition will be valid for four months. However, the U.S. Embassy Manila routinely revalidates I-129F petitions for an additional four months, and can extend them beyond that.
