Yes sadly I agree with you, for some reason July and August filers seem to have been thrown into a hollow-less Twilight Zone pit and forgotten, while September filers are getting quickly approved at this point :hehe:

We're September filers and still waiting for our NOA2. There's only 1% of the September filers who wete approved recently.. I hope we'll get ours soon

Yea I wonder what's going on in California? CSC seems like it is barely moving. Did anyone see that new approval that came in for a February filer? 3 weeks! I wanna know what he said to get that expedited. I don't even think Obama can get his cousin from another country into the US that quick.... :hehe:

Well that is not even a good reason for why. If it was the case why don't they do the same thing for Japan who suffered a terrible tsunami and an almost nuclear disaster at the same time, 2 years ago?

I read that USCIS sometimes refuse to expedite cases of beneficiaries who have a disease or live in a country at war and they expedite cases of a place that had a hearthquake like over 3 years ago....

...you are joking, right? Haiti is one of the poorest countries in the world. It is a disaster zone that never recovered from the earthquake, is rampant with crime and disease, and is very much like a war zone with most not living with regular food or clean water.

To compare it to Japan, a first world country, on the basis of a natural disaster is not appropriate. Japan, thankfully, recovered and could provide for its people while Haiti can not even begin to.

Wrong, I saw a news report on tv a couple days ago (as it was the 2 years anniversary of the tsunami)and the part of the coast that got devastated did barely recover, people are living in temporary buildings, it is dirty and they don't have life basics available in these housing such as running water or electricity. Even a first world country can have a hard time recovering.

Ps: i am not watching fox news

It is too late for me here to bother trying to explain the differences here, but Japan is managing it. New Orleans is still not recovered. The main difference here is that Japan's government is functioning and handling the disaster and its people whereas there is no structure at all in Haiti.

Clearly there is a reason behind the USCIS's mandate to expedite all of Haiti's visa applications even if you don't want to see it.

Yea the same urgent reasons why some people are requesting an expedite (from a different country) and get denied. I am not even trying to find a logic to this process anymore. And yea they can expedite their petitions as much as they want, only to get to the interview and get denied 90% of the time.... Useful....

Well, not everyone in poorest country is poor or suffer from disease. There are always lower, middle and high classes in every economy. By your logic, are you saying these people who got their approval are poor or suffer from disease? Probably not.....the point is that they get their case expedited because obviously there is some kind agreement between their goverment and U.S. not because they are poorest country in the world and I can tell you that nothing is FREE.

Who cares about Haiti cases...these cases are NOT causing the delay or adding workloads. What cases did CSC transfer to TSC recently? Everything was directly related to DACA, these f-ing illegal immigeant cases cause the delay not Haiti cases.

Did not say anything about everyone being poor or suffering, but just that the country is? There are economic reasons for expediting their visas as remittances are more than likely to help revive the country's economy. Have some reading on the reasons behind the expedition of Haiti visas:

Really? Okay. I dont want to argue with you. Maybe you had no intention but I took it differently, perhaps you should give a second thought before posting it.
