Hi guys, I am a OCT I-130 filer. Got NOA1 on Oct 26, current case still at NBC...I believe. So I called and spoke with Level2 rep two weeks ago and was told that by Mar 6 I should hear something back since is outside of normal range. I know, I still have two more days, but am really getting paranoid now... So I called, I think I asked for expedited service request. Has anyone gone through this before? This only just the beg part of the whole process and I am already panic...

Do you actually have a reason to ask for an expedite or are you just wanting a service request? They won't do a service request for you until after you're outside the normal range. There are people who have MSC numbers from Aug that still aren't approved. Most likely your case was transferred to a local office. Did you inquire with the tier 2 where your case was exactly? They can look that information up. But honestly, patience is your best friend during this time. I know it's hard.
