Timeline

I finally saved up enough money to go home and see my family but then someone posted this in the AOS forum. Im panicking now because I got my Advance Parole granted on my combo card on August 24th. Will I able to get back into America if I leave?? I leave tomorrow and I fly back on the 16th.

You have advance parole which is not the same as emergency travel. The advance parole allows you to travel. You're okay! :)

This does not apply to you. You filed for AOS within the period that your I-94 expired. This applies to those who came and did not apply for AOS after being here 180 days.

You have advance parole which is not the same as emergency travel. The advance parole allows you to travel. You're okay! :)

The AP allows you to travel WITHOUT abanding your application for AOS and is NOT a visa. Do you have a current VISA? Be careful as your marriage was over 6 months ago and you may have overstayed if you had a K1.
