Hi All,

I has my biometrics for EAD on 23 Feb in NYC. I have been trying to check on my case online but all it says it that they recvd my application on Jan 15 and tha it takes 30-90 days for processing. Nothing more. I was wondering does there be any more updates on the website or I just wait for the mail??

Thanks

Hi,

Regarding the updates via email I think you have to register with them and request email updates. I just did it and in there it states the last update was on 2/28/06. They do not mention what the update was thought.

Hi Kovil:

We are being processed out of Missouri Service Center also. Liam had his biometrics for EAD and AOS done on 22 February in West Palm Beach and our case status regarding the EAD states exactly the same thing as yours does. Our AOS states processing will not take as long as the original 120-180 days because preliminary processing was complete (they sent a RFE and we completed and sent the information as requested back in January)

I don't know what's up with MSC, but since Liam's update states what yours does, perhaps they are doing great things that are going to result in a big APPROVAL in the next week for you and him!!!!

We are registered to receive email updates, but we haven't had one since we were "touched" on 23 and 25 February.

Kind Regards,

Lynn (and Liam)

I have my USCIS tracking account set up to send e-mails too, but have never received anything. The first time I knew about mu NOA's and biometrics was when I opened the mail-box! And I've yet to hear any news on my EAD or AP. I wouldn't put much too much faith in it to be honest and just have to keep checking the mail-box :)

03.04.2009......Posted I-130 to U.S. Embassy

I also knew about my biometrics when I opened the mailbox. Hope fully I will ge the EAD soon. I am tired of sitting around and telling prospective employers that I am awaiting my EAD.

anyway good luck to all and thanks for your replies
