Hi,

I am a US citizen and my wife doesn't have her green card as of yet. Can I petition for her brother or does my wife have to get her green card first? Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day!

Eddie, you can't petition for her brother. Your wife has to. And she has to be a citizen first.

Your wife need to be a citizen ( 3 or more years ) and petition for the brother ( about 12 additional years ) To say he won't be coming soon is an understatement

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Very true, may even take 30 years or NEVER Happen at all! Don't hold your breathe.
