We are not here to give legal advice.

That being said, you have a greencard and you have only been out of the country two weeks, so simply hop on a plane and go back. You have a greencard, so are free to work and travel. If you cannot work it out with your wife, divorce and file for ROC (removal of conditions) yourself; you will need to show that you had a bonafide marriage.

Like mentioned, there's nothing stopping you from returning and working in the USA right now. If you divorce, you file to remove conditions, but you'll need to show your marriage was a real marriage. Sounds like you may have enough to prove that. Focus on the things you do have that prove your marriage was legit, not the things you don't have. Get the affidavits from those friends to. Some from her family would be good to, if you can get them.

You cannot change your address with USCIS with an email. But you can do it online. Citizens are required to mail in a form.

OP, there is nothing from stopping you from coming back, as a matter of fact I encourage you to come back remove conditions and get your education, your home country needs educated men and woman if you choose to move back. On the I751 just check divorce they may not call you in for a interview if you have good proofs. Sorry about the situation.
