I appreciate your comments. My husband filed a petition for me last December 2012. The I130 has been approved.

Now what is our next step? and how long is the waiting? Any idea?

USCIS should forward your case to NVC. Waiting time for the case number availability is approx 20-30 days. Then give it another 30 days for the whole process until case is complete. Good luck

That's right. Next step is nvc. Than you will get visa appointment and interview. Counsulate. Good luck
