Do you know how many international students receive financial aids which cover their studies/living expences in 100%?

Yup, it is very cool. To respond to your question I think the vast majority! Maybe the biggest exception comes from Japanese, Korean, and maybe Chinese (Taiwainese) students who pay out of pocket. Those are overall quiet rich countries (not trying to be judgmental here- it's a fact!). Take care!
