we met on line.we clicked so well and spoke every night for 2 months.i decided i am not letting him get away.so we decided to marry.i saw him the first time the weekend before we got married.we were married at sandles resort in negrill.lovely place.i have been to jamacia at least 7 times after we got married longest stay was 10 days yes there is age difference.attorney said the reason why we got turned down is due to not knowing each other very long.so lawyer said refile.we have records of eveything well lawyer has everything i lost all my copies.i really do not want to use an attorney again it cost too much i can pay for all the forms and filing fees.my husband provided pic letters cards tickets eveything they required but officer did not even look at our wedding photos which we spent 400 dollars on.help i need my husband! and he has never been here.also i came to interview through the advice of my attorney.i was told no spouses aloud so i had to sit inside courtyard and wait.he had dreads at time and i am white i believe we were doomed from start.demenor changed when they saw us.my husband no longer has dreads so please can someone help us i need my husband 3 years come on now attorney just wants money thats it he has not even called to ask if we are ready to refile.

Him being a dread then and now plus you being white have nothing to do with it. Meeting someone online, seeing them in person once then marrying them screams more of fraud to the CO. How much of an age difference is there?

Re-file for your husband. Between now and time for the next interview, time will have passed and he may fare better. Attorneys are optional unless you have a huge legal issue to overcome during the process and money to throw away. Otherwise, CR1 can be done on your own very easily.

I just read your post again. You married in 2009 (4 years ago) and your interview was in 2011 (2 years ago) and he got denied?
