Hi all, I have a question and I have been pondering this for a while now. When I originally submitted my packet, I had only included snap shots of my emails with my fiancee, as it would be three reams of paper plus if I sit to print them all, would that suffice or do I need to have each email printed out and chats printed out. I mean the snapshots have dates to them and I can highlight them and all. Being an environmentalist that I am, I tried to save paper and wastage by just doing that. Would that be an issue or no? I just have this question pop-up now as its been over 7 months since I filed and no RFEs but I am just in case planning for an RFE. Please help.

We did exactly the same and just took snap shots of some of them each week showing that we talked all the time. We did not receive a RFE for it. I think you should be fine

Thank you, gives me some hope than. I know I've driven myself nuts from wondering if I will receive an RFE or will it move straight along and all would be good. Thank you again calms me down just a tinny bit. Now to move on to other nail biting stuff.

Same situation as you- but was not advised to include date w/photos (just wrote names and year). We did receive an RFE- reason given was no date/location on the back of each picture. So- if you did that, I think you'll be fine. Now I have to send in additional info to prove I was in country during those 2 years previous. Not difficult to do- just time consuming. Good luck on your journey!

It seems CSC is just being really slow for some July Filers. Did you include photos in your packet (with dates, names and places on the back?)

Also, you can sign into your account on USCIS and see if your application has been "touched" recently.

NOA1: July 18th, 2012

Touched: July 23rd, 2012

No RFE! So Happy :)

NOA2: Jan 25th, 2013 (191 days)

Interview : 15th March 2013 APPROVED

Visa in Hand: 22nd March 2013

No I didn't all I had was emails and call logs. When I went to India I forgot to take pictures, but I took a second trip for a proper engagement with a lot of family and guests and have lots and lots of picturs. I am already expecting an RFE for the pictures and I have ready with everything in written in the back. So I will send it off as soon as I get something. I checked online and my petition has not been touched yet. Just waiting. Someone from July 19th got their NOA2 on March 1st. So hopeing we are soon to follow.
